Accessibility Statement

How we are making this website easier for everyone to use, what still needs work, and how to tell us about a problem.

This statement applies to the website pawnleads.com.

1. Our Commitment

Pawn Leads wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities.

We are working to make it easier to use for everyone and to fix accessibility problems in the website itself.

2. Conformance Status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our target.

WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It explains how to make websites more accessible for people with disabilities.

Where we are today

This website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

“Partially conforms” means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet the standard. We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

3. What We Do

Here is what we do to make this website more accessible:

  • We test the website with automated accessibility tools. We also plan to test it by hand with a keyboard and screen readers.
  • We fix the problems we find in the website’s own code.
  • We keep a record of the problems we find and the fixes we make.
  • We use feedback from visitors to decide what to fix first.
  • We offer an optional accessibility menu for things like text size, spacing and contrast. Open it with the round “Accessibility options” button at the top of the page, or press Tab from the top of any page to reach the “Accessibility options” link. It is only a convenience: it does not replace an accessible website, and you do not need it to use this site.

4. Known Limitations

We know about the following problems and are working to fix them:

  • Some parts of the site are not yet fully usable with a keyboard alone. For example, it can be hard to see which link or button is selected.
  • Some buttons, links and form fields do not yet have clear names for screen readers and voice control software.
  • Some text and buttons do not have enough color contrast with their background, which can make them hard to read.
  • Some buttons and links are small or close together, which can make them hard to tap.
  • Some other parts of the site do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Some features on this website come from other companies, such as the booking calendar and secure checkout. We cannot always change how they work.

If any of these gets in your way, please contact us (see Feedback below).

We will try to help you get the information or finish the task another way, for example by email.

5. Compatibility

Browsers and Assistive Technology

We aim for this website to work with recent versions of major web browsers and with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers and voice control software.

It may not work well with older browsers that are no longer updated.
