Done For You · for pawn shops · runs on Shmello

Email marketing is dead. Just kidding.

It is the best and cheapest marketing you can do for your pawn shop.

Email was never dead. It was killed by bad agencies on cheap shared servers, blasting whole lists straight into the spam folder.

We built a machine that fixes that.

One line. Yours alone. It never hits the spam folder.

Pull your last email bill. Let's read it line by line.

The big platforms charge one way: by how many names you store, not by how many emails you send.

Store 20,000 names, send one email, you still pay for all 20,000.

That punishes the one thing you actually want: a bigger list. We felt that was unfair, so we flipped it.

You pay by how many emails you send. Grow your list as big as you want, and we prune it to your best customers.

Pawn Leads

$40/blast

Skip a month, pay nothing

For what they charge just to store your 20,000 names, you could send ~7 blasts a month on our line. Most shops mail once.

We flipped the meter. You pay when you send.

About $10 sends a blast to roughly 6,000 people. That is what the machine burns. Skip a month and you pay nothing.

What it costs to have us build, write, and run it for you is further down, in plain numbers.

Our numbers are provisional until your call, but the shape of the math doesn't change:

you pay by the send, they charge by the name, every month, whether you mail or not.

They charge per contact. We charge per send.

Same 20,000-name list, mailed once a month like most shops.

Your bill with us is a fraction of theirs, and you pay nothing the months you don't send.

Re: "Cheap email usually means the spam folder."

Fair. Keep reading.

The rest of this page is how you get better results for less, without the spam folder.

"Email is dead" really means it went to spam.

Your customers didn't ignore your last email.

They never got the chance to read it, because it landed in a folder they never open.

Your customers never ignored this email. It never reached them.

Gmail doesn't just grade your email. It grades the server it came from.

Most people think Gmail only reads your words.

It also grades the server hardware you send from, its IP address, and your domain's reputation.

On the big platforms, you share one IP address with total strangers.

If one spammer uses that IP, it drags your deliverability down with it.

You can do everything right and still land in spam, because of who you share an address with.

Managed Property · Junk Senders Evicted

Your reputation is whoever is loudest in the building. Your reputation is yours alone.

Our fix: premium hardware that never punishes you for mailing quietly, with an optional dedicated IP that is 100% your own, or one of Pawn Leads' own high-quality IPs.

Your own hardware, and no one else's email.

Our servers ban spammers fast, which keeps deliverability high.

Nobody can promise every email hits the inbox, but our shops routinely see 20 to 30% inbox rates and 30% open rates.

Most senders sit around 12%.

We split your list into three: hot, warm, and the bucket.

Your hot list is your most active customers, the ones most likely to open.

Mailing them lifts your open rate, which tells Gmail you send to real people who want your email.

Warm is fresh opt-ins and people who haven't opened in the last 60 days.

The bucket is everyone who has gone quiet longer than that.

Why it matters: Gmail gives you a sender reputation score.

The more people who open, the more your mail lands in the inbox.

So we mail the openers first, and the whole system runs inside Shmello automatically.

Your whole list

Sorted by last open

HOT

Opened recently, most likely to open again.

Mailed 2x a month

WARM

New opt-ins and anyone quiet under 60 days.

Mailed 1x a month

No promises. Sorting raises the probability of the inbox, and probability is the whole game.

THE BUCKET

Quiet 61+ days. Open one email and they ride back to hot.

Win-back, 2x a quarter

Runs inside Shmello automatically, off your real open data

Our secret weapon most agencies don't know about: the Claw.

The Claw is our advanced warm-up system.

We keep a network of real email accounts across Gmail, Outlook, AOL, and the rest, and your line quietly emails them behind the scenes.

That lets us watch which inboxes flag you.

Anything that hits a spam folder gets pulled out and marked Not Spam, automatically, and your sender score climbs.

It runs every night, whether you mailed that week or not.

  1. The network runs, all night

Your line quietly emails our real inboxes at Gmail, Outlook, AOL, and the rest.

  2. One lands in spam

The Claw sees exactly which inbox flagged you, the moment it happens.

  3. Pulled out, marked Not Spam

The Claw grabs it and reports it Not Spam, automatically. Not spam

  4. Your sender score climbs

Every rescue lifts your reputation, so the next blast lands in the inbox.

Email was never dead. It was buried alive.

We dig it out. Here is the whole protocol:

  • Hot 2 emails a month
  • Warm 1 a month
  • Bucket 2 a quarter, win-back only

A dedicated line, and the Claw pulling strays out of spam all night.

Follow the protocol and you run one of the best deliverability setups in the industry.

No promises, a protocol. That is the honest ceiling, and it is high.

House rule

Shmello, the toasted marshmallow mascot

The machine is built inside Shmello. The list, the sorting, the sending, the opt-ins, all of it lives there.

We will not run a dedicated line blind on someone else's software, because we couldn't keep the protocol, and the protocol is the product.
